Beauty is Key is committed to providing excellent customer service to our clients.  Our goal is to make your experience at Beauty is Key as pleasant and comfortable as possible while our Stylist work to give you a beautiful hair visit!

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.  Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will make every attempt to accommodate you.  If it should interfere with our next scheduled appointment, we may suggest that you reschedule. Please call us at (313) 570-3806 if you are running late at least 15 minutes.

• We kindly ask that you give us a 24 hours notice for all appointment changes or cancellation.

• At the time of your appointment, please arrive with your hair combed out, ready to be treated & shampooed.

• For the consideration of our clients and staff, we do not allow additional guest unless they are being serviced.

• Although we love children, we only service children 12 years old and up.

• Although we do offer color services, we do not apply color to first time clients.
