Shipping Policy

We only ship product to confirmed addresses. The address has to confirm via Paypal. Your billing address must match your shipping address.  Shipping inside the U.S. may take 3-5 business days.  All shipping will be a flat rate of $12.

 

Return Policy

Beauty is Key will not issue refunds for extension purchases. Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days from original purchase for a new bundle. All hair must be in its natural state, meaning, no bundle should be chemically treated or altered in any fashion. No hair will be accepted if colored, bleached, unraveled, or cut.  Customer is responsible for shipping fees unless Beauty is Key Cosmetology is at fault.
